Mr. Kim received a BSc. (1996) and an MSc. (1998) in Material Science and Engineering from Seoul National University.    He was admitted to Korean Patent Bar in 2004. He covers semiconductor device, display, battery, and new materials.    Prior to establishing IPMAX Patent Law Group, he worked with Samsung Electronics and numorous forein global enterprises for over seven years providing searching, patent drafting and IP strategy services.    Now, he represents promising ventures, govermental R&D centers, and SK Hynix who is a global big player in the field of semiconductor technology.
